The second book stays away from the original story and it all makes sense at the end of the series. Katniss won the 73 Hunger Games. Everyone knows Katniss and Peeta's story, but when Elsa Everdeen middle child of Katniss and Prim is reaped in the 74th Hunger Games alongside Gale Hawthorne who is also Elsa's closest friend. What will happen when the games start and what will happen when love gets in the way?

Eragon has traveled to the East and found a place to hatch and raise the dragons. But that isn't the only thing he has found on his journey.
