The year is 2096, eighty years after the ozone layer deteriorated completely. Since then, Dublin has become a decaying shell of a city. The survivors live in Havens spread across Ireland. The UN have eliminated several Havens, convinced terror squads live in them. As the UN swiftly approach Haven 63, a scavenger of about 26 gets ready for another expedition aboveground.
