Kellin starts seeing a therapist after a tragedy that had happened in his life. The story is basically about Kellin telling his story to the therapist. In which Vic Fuentes is a twenty-one year old man diagnosed with schizophrenia living within a psychiatric hospital, and Kellin is an obnoxious twenty year old burnout who somehow finds himself in Vic's room every afternoon.
