When your thoughts cannot be expressed, spill it on pages... Sometimes scribbling, doodling and scratching on paper is all you need to do to bring out those unexpressed feelings.

Have you ever had near death experiences? Or felt like this is the end of my life? If you have ever seen any cancer patient then you surely know how they know they are fighting a loosing battle.
