You've heard the story of the 13 Dwarfs, the wizard and the Hobbit right? Well they left out one thing, the Unexpected Member of the Company. I was there for it all, from the Shire to Rivendale to Mirkwood and then The Lonely Mountain. You see I am 1/4 Elf, 1/4 man, 1/4 wizard and 1/4 Dwarf so I am tall for a dwarf but not tall enough for an elf/man/wizard. But the elven/wizard side gave me powers that nobody else had, nobody knew who my parents were other then my mother was 1/2 elf and 1/2 man and my father was 1/2 wizard and 1/2 dwarf. Gandalf and Lady Galadriel sent me to "Earth" after Smaug took over Erebor when I was nothing but a little baby girl. 40 yrs later here I am still looking like I am in my 20's with a very bad attitude and wanting NOTHING but to get away from my stupid foster home.......this is MY story on what happened and how I got bad to Middle Earth, trained with Gandalf and Lady Galadriel till it was time to take back the mountain. She had no memories, no indications that told her who or what she was. With the outer appearances of an elf, but eyes that flash orange and strange symbols that appear on her skin - no one seems able to tell her anything about her past. She joined the quest of Thorin's dwarven company to have something to do, and she quickly became a part of their group. After a long and arduous journey but still a far away from the mountain they stumble into trouble. And whom is there to save her, but a certain Mirkwood prince with long blond hair and a pair of startling blue eyes. With one of them bursting with light, and the other filled with darkness their story will be anything but easy. Wisteria is an elf but of a rare breed. She is the daughter of the king of Mirkwood yes, but she is more powerful than even him. Her mother gave to her the rare and precious gift of skin-changing before she died. Most of the time she is an elf, but when she changes, she is a lion, a wolf, and even a blue fire-breathing dragon. I don't own The Hobbit characters or the story plot itself. I only own Wisteria as a character.

This is a fanfiction that brings two famous worlds together in one story. It is a tale as old as time, song as old as rhyme Beauty and the... Dragon. This is a story of an adventurous young woman named Arabelle, seeking something more than her little recluse town has to offer. In a turn of surprises she ends up in the home of the most feared beast in all of Middle-Earth: Smaug. This enchanting romance, set in the famed JRR Tolkien's "The Hobbit" Middle-Earth, will trace back the roots of this beast's curse. Will the love of a mortal girl be enough to save him from himself? Or be able to save him from the new threat knocking down the walls of Erebor?

When Mereniver Hador, a girl in her late teens, is discovered to be a memaid, she has to run. She flees into the forest in hopes that she will never be found but of course that is not the case. The Company of Thorin Oakensheild does not know what to make of her. They want her to come along but their leader doesn't want anything to do with her but she has no choice. She can go back to her old life and be sold to the highest bidder, or she can follow the dwarves, where her fate is uncertain. Which will she choose? And when she does, what will become of her? Please give my story a chance, it will take a few chapter before it gets going, I am open to feedback. King Thranduil has everything at his feet. His son, Legolas, a kingdom and a crown with all of its treasures, but what he doesn't have is a companion to share his life with. When Laer steps into his kingdom he finds himself curious about her, what makes her smile, what makes her tick, and most of all, what does this average elf think of the king of Mirkwood? I do not own any of the characters besides Laer and Rovain, everything else goes happily to Tolkien. ** Extremely Slow Updates ** Due to complaints I feel the need to write this... it clearly says slow updates above. It doesn't say completed in the details either. This is an unfinished story. There are slow updates. I have an extremely busy schedule with my full time job, my full time in college and the work load I receive from college and I go through extremely rough patches with my depression to where I do nothing. I have no time to write and in the time that I do, I don't want to force myself to write a chapter because it won't come out as nicely as I'd want it. I understand the frustration of not being able to read a finished story because that frustrates me too, but please be courteous enough to ask why I don't update or be even nice about it. I worry about enough and having readers be angry with me, really upsets me and doesn't really push me to write. If anything, it makes me want to just delete this story all together because I don't know when this will be finished or if it ever will be. Some of you have been extremely supportive for my situation, so thank you for that... again, slow updates and I don't know when this will be finished.
