-NaNoWriMo November- Myths and legends are a bunch of stories that are told over and over again. Pass down through the generations and retold in that person's viewpoint, but there is this prophecy that has been told that a special woman will become a hero in the darkest hour. Nyra Peronell is on the run from her order. Her order specializes in Assassin techniques and uses those advantages to get what she wants and takes out the criminals that raise hells in certain cities. She took valuable information that is bound up in a book and had disappeared into the night. Now, she is being hunted down by her complicated past while keeping her identity a secret, but it's hard when someone from her past recognizes her. The person that recognize her has grown up to become one of the Captains of an Order. Except in their years apart, they have grown up differently. Separate by right's and wrongs and their friendship barely exists now. She gets caught up in the recruitment of his order as they were looking for some potential people to join their cause while keeping the citizens safe. An ambush happens and she finds out that war was upon them. That the man she was running from along with his many secrets had caught up to her. Nyra works to get the four Kingdoms united against the threat that he has come into. Good and evil battling it out once again. Who will win? The Obsidian Star Academy Series Part one of four stories. I've been working on this for a while now but here is an over view. Rowan Jade Whiteash is a unique girl and doesn't have the attitude to deal with it. She is half winter Fae and Half dragon. The only person she ever told of her secret is bullying her. You all know the old fairy-tale's where an evil and cruel dragon kidnaps the princess because of her beauty and then knights in shinning armour arrives to save her. After saving her they get the half of the kingdom and marry the princess and lives happily ever after.. But this story is very different... There was once were a beautiful, kind princess named Lydia who got engaged to a prince, but the princess wasn't in love with him at all. One day as she was sleeping peacefully in her bed with her window opened, a dragon named Lithon attacked the kingdom. In it's attack on the kingdom the dragon flew to the castle and was going to destroy it from pure hatred for the royal family, but then he saw the princess through her open window. The dragon fell for her beauty immediately, so he decided to kidnap her, it would also be the perfect revenge on the royal family. So the dragon took the princess to his place, the princess was of course not happy about that and she did freak out. She didn't wanted to live with a dragon! But then, the dragon reached it's house and he changed into a handsome young man! Even though its forbidden for them to be together, the princess slowly fell for the dragon and the dragon fell for her.. but how will this fairy tale end..? like every other, where the prince comes and slay the dragon and gets the girl, or will it be different this time? There was a kingdom, A kingdom full of life. But that was before. Fatenturia, a kingdom once filled with hope, peace, and love, is now destroyed by Greanger, a kingdom that did not want peace anymore, but power. Alleyal, a friend of Fatenturia, turned their backs and joined Greanger. Because of the war, many retreated and joined the enemy for a sure victory. Fatenturia was destroyed, but hope can never be destroyed. Overtaken.. Defeated.. Broken.. But hope was still among them. Fatenturia will fight back. The good will stand for right. I grew up in a world where dragon riders were revered for not only their bravery and looks, but also for their intelligence. Children would spend days on end studying just in the hopes that they would get accepted to the Rider School, and those who did get accepted left their homes like kings, followed with respect and well wishes. It had been years since a dragon rider had been accepted in the Rider School from my town, which was understandable since we boasted a population of only 100 kids in the acceptable age range. Every year we were visited by the Counselor, the man who decided who would be accepted, and every year at that time our town lit up. Festivities lasted the Counselor's whole stay, with competitions to test children's intelligence, stamina, strength, and looks set up to look like games. Every year my brothers and I would be disappointed by our results, until my 15th year, when everything changed....
