When Itachi met Naruto and Sasuke at the hotel, he expected a dumb Jinchuuriki and an angsty, revenge-ridden boy. Instead, he got a competent (and somewhat terrifying) paragon and a little brother that actually did some research and knows more than he should. Itachi's quit ANBU, Sasuke knows more than he lets on, Fugaku starts out calm but ends up insane, and Mikoto is the most awesome person ever. All of our most FAVORITE (notice the sarcasm) villains are little more than glorified bullies, and soon comes the rise of a mysterious organization (of course, the Hokage decides to put the poor ex-ANBU on the case). At least his favorite cousin, Shisui, decides to help out. All in a days work for Itachi Uchiha! OOCness galore!
