But the pink-haired adventurer isn't in it for the money; no, that is a simple bonus. Natsu is in it for its wishful properties, able to grant a one and only wish to whoever takes it from the bearer. The only problem: he has no idea what it looks like, or where to find it. All he knows is that he needs it desperately. But, a beautiful maiden with the wish to return to her home in the middle of the Obsidian Sea, with Trackers after her thirsty for blood...that might be a good place to start. With an adventure full of sirens, fairies, cats and mages, the Captain and his Mermaid may just be caught by their enemies...while falling in love in the process.

One of my all time favorite writings! I was really happy how this first chapter turned out even though I may have gone pretty heavy on the angst just a tad. Nevertheless, this is one that I am particularly proud of. This is a NaLu fanfiction that I refer to as Fairy Tale because the title is forever long and it's easier to say it like that anyways. I hope you guys enjoy this and I will update it as I come out with more chapters! Update: I have noticed that I am not getting a consistent number of reads throughout the parts i've published which means that people are either not reading from beginning to end or are just reading certain parts and skipping around. This is not a series of one shots and it grieves me that people are skipping around or following a link and just not reading the rest of the parts at all. Please. Natsu Dragneel: famous good looking movie star, model, and dancer. Lucy Heartfilia: A+ student and head of the student council with a sharp attitude. Total opposite, but when Levy wins tickets and back stage passes to see Natsu live, she convinces Lucy to come. Lucy isn't at all exited. She views Natsu as a egotistic dense idiot who doesn't work for anything and yet, gets everything he wants. Once she meets him, will she think of him the same? what will Natsu think of Lucy? What will Lissana , Natsu's famous girlfriend do, what obstacles will get in the way? I do not own Fairytail, but I did come up with the character named Maddie. Not a very good description, but I tried. First fanfic don't judge please. Sorry if there are any stories like this I didn't check, I kinda just made this up. This book has been discontinued as I don't really like the plot anymore. I didn't really have a plan while writing this.
