I walk out after him. The smell of smoke hitting my noes right away. His body leaned up against the wooden railing as he inhales from the cancer stick. He realizes I'm looking at him and he chuckles. This wasn't a lighthearted one, it was a bitter laugh. "You see this?" He asks, his voice so quiet it just barley came out as a whisper. I look in his way and he lifts up his shirt. My eyes are glued to the tattoo of an eagle that he is pointing at. "Underneath this is a cigarette burn my dad gave me on my third birthday." He moves so that his back is facing me and he lift up his hair. Showing off a large scar running along the back of his neck. "And this .. This is when he just had enough of me and smashed a beer bottle on my head." He turns so that he's facing me again. Breathing in as he inhales smoke and slowly blows it out. "I have got a lot more tattoos along with a lot more stories but we down have all night." Two polar opposites .... One forced marriage
