I can't get away. I am going to lay it all out on the table. My dad beat my mom to death in front of me. My older brother ran away two years ago and only mails letters from ex-girlfriend's addresses on rare occasion. My dad started beating me. His slut of a girlfriend actually wants to replace my mom who has been gone only a month. No one else knows this, but me. I had found a balance in life. Don't bring home friends to see my dad slobbering drunk on the couch=don't get hit. Don't act like you have accomplished something in your life=don't get hit. Don't mention mom or my brother=don't get hit. Don't leave your mess lying around=don't get hit. Don't wake up dad=don't get hit. Don't forget to cook every meal and keep the fridge stocked with beer and food=don't get hit. What it boils down to is that I am trapped, and my dad is slowly breaking me apart, and I think I am too far past saving now.
