Elodie has a normal childhood, but a bit of a rough past. When she gets into a car accident, with her mother driving, and is thrown into a coma for several months, the doctors don't think she has much of a chance left of surviving. They're about to pull the plug on her life support, when she stirs- groggy and confused- to meet the gaze of a boy she's never met before. Who's the boy? Where are her parents?
