The Bill of Life- an Unwind fanfiction

(Complete) A fan written prequel to "Unwind" by Neal Shustermen. It is the scene in which Admiral Dunfee proposes the "Bill of Life" to the leaders of the "pro life" and "pro choice" forces. I made this for my language arts class in seventh grade.
