Each tear felt like fire down her cheek, the image of that dead body, lying helplessly on the ground as it was being carved. Shreds and bits of the little girl were everywhere on the floor, scattered all around the room were the different tools he had used, and a thick bloody, disgusting smell hung in the room like a thick blanket suffocating a baby.
