Life is very short compared to the age of some things. And the things in which there is life are usually so incredibly fragile. It only took death to properly see the truth within those statements. -=-=-=-=-=-=- Follow Torayume Yasashi as she struggles with her rebirth and finds herself in a world full to the brim with people who all seem to have some kind of dangerous power or another. Oh well, I always thought having a superpower and being a hero sounded like fun! -=-=-=-=-=-=- This is kind of a self insert reincarnation, as this character is going to be a reflection of myself, if a little bit skewed. No tragic backstories or all powerful characters here, folks! *Any art or music is not mine unless explicitly mentioned in an author note the top of the chapter where the art or music is featured.*

Sequel to Upon Wings Of Change. The dragonets are flourishing; both those in the park and those helping the Kymari. As the first dragonets to hatch in the Kymari civilization, Tessa and her brother are paving a new path as they grow up and learn how to fit into the world. New beginnings are often great things, but sometimes shadows from the distant past come calling. ----------------------------------- I did not originally intend to write a sequel to Upon Wings of Change, but due to a rather large number of requests from numerous individuals, here it is - my first-ever sequel... The cover was created by Dedefox at https://www.deviantart.com/dedefox Copyright November 2016. All Rights Reserved. Readers may not copy, alter, or steal this story. Fanfictions are allowed to use my *world*, *labs*, and kidnapping/metaforming idea as long as credit is given.

*Unfinished* Noelle didn't ever want to harm anyone. Despite basically living her whole life in a dojo, she's pretty open to ideas and despises picking fights. Until one day, she is kidnapped from her own home, and (apparently) sent to Area 51. Most "Upon Wings of Change" readers will by now think, "Oh! She's going to wake up in the lab!" But Noelle is a different story. She hatches directly after the rest of the dragonets have escaped the lab, and, with her new dragonet friend, Scarlet, is lost in this new world of white aliens and (eventually) Kymari. Will she ever reunite with the rest of her kind? Or will her flights of fantasy stay just as they are, a work of fiction? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This story was inspired by "Upon Wings Of Change," which was written by @CrystalScherer. All details about this world and the creatures living in it are all Crystal Scherer's ideas. However, the plot and (most of) the characters belong to me.

After the mysterious events at Marsanth, Sebas Asmos Ti'en, the unwilling fox prince engaged to a Human princess, disappears without a trace. As a runaway noble he earns the nickname 'the Phantom Prince'. Evading three kingdoms and bounty hunters for six years, many have allowed the Phantom Prince to disappear into legend. However, four unlikely friends look forward to his appearance at the Hearthroam University of Magic. His childhood friends Jules and Nerinin await him to keep his promise and return to them. His rival Flint knows their fates are tied together and awaits their rematch. His sister Tiera follows her dream but admires the free spirited nature of her hero and brother. The winds of change set their course for Hearthroam and many new faces are caught up in the adventure. But the Phantom Prince isn't the only one with a secret, and more than one agenda wrecks havoc on the campus. Fairytales, fantasy, facades, and foxtails collide in this story about the larger role a reincarnated teenager has to play in a world that may have a deeper meaning than a simple adventure in another world. *Reader Comments (Arc5)* "This... this was amazing... these last two chapters... absolutely mind boggling! This is truly the best book I have ever read captain! Keep it up! If you ever actually publish this book, it may go down as a revolutionary work!" -MaxTheDraconian "This book continues to amaze and entrap me in its web... Its beautifully crafted and walks, the finest line ive ever seen, between so many ideas and philosophical debates... How has it not been published yet? It resides alongside my other favorites such as the sword of truth, kingkiller chronicles, and the wheel of time" -Whirledhacker "This monologue is one of the best vilain monologues I've ever read till this day. Love it." -LJmolin667 "I just don't know how can he write something so... brilliant!? Call me heathen, doing this to your own beloved characters... just amazing." -BenceTary

"Human beings are vile, nasty creatures. Blood thirsty. Evil by their very nature. That is was we were told. By them. Humans relished for millennia in systematically destroying one another. Our innate yearning for violence lead to not only the destruction of ourselves, but of our planet. Our home. Our planet was dead, our species nearly extinct, so we left. Those who survived dreamed of finding a new planet, a safe haven where we could start over. But our technology was failing and we never made it to our destination. We were adrift in space. Destined to die in the emptiness of the universe. It was luck that the Morrí heard the signal broadcasting. It was altruism that they came to our aid. It was their generosity that provided a home and a life for the remaining humans. They were our saviors. Without the Morrí, the last of humankind would have perished along with a broken vessel. That, at least, was the version of history we were taught. Humans had to earn their place among the Morrí. Humans must prove themselves. Humans are not to be trusted due to our volatile nature. Humans owed their very existence to their Morrí superiors." Keep your head down and survive. Don't attract the attention of our Saviors. Lena has spent her life following the rules set forth by her father to avoid any conflict with the alien race who saved humanity. It's worked for the most part, until a chance encounter leads to her becoming entangled in a dangerous game of politics and war between Morrí leaders. All of her perceptions of the race she's served her whole life are challenged as she's forced to put her trust in one who she's always considered an enemy.
