Just a short coming-of-age story I wrote for English class about a girl, a death, and a passion.

THIS IS NOT MY ORIGINAL WORK!! This piece was written by a very talented friend of mine. He was creating a practice story for our English class, and everyone was so enthralled with his story, I decided-as one of the last readers, mind you-to give it a go. I must say, I was very impressed. So impressed I just had to publish it. Please enjoy this wonderful short story that is sure to pull a tear from your eye, as it nearly did for me.
