A long time ago, a prophecy foretold how there would be a darkness in this world unlike no other before. As evil continues to build up in the world, there will be a day where this darkness will come into its fullest form, and only two heroes can stop it... But this time, it's not Mario and Sonic. Bowsay, the hidden away and ill-treated daughter of King Bowser, and Pumpkin, the isolated and mentally unstable sister of Miles "Tails" Prower, must join together to put a stop to this great evil. In order to fulfill their destiny, they must learn to overcome their insecurities, forgive their loved ones, and embrace their true identity. As various friendships form and tear apart, the whole Mario and Sonic gang must stick together, otherwise it could be the end for them as well... ***BEFORE READING PLEASE KNOW:*** I tend to look back and notice plot holes, areas that don't make sense, or unnecessary material (I started writing this when I was 14 when my writing wasn't as good and I didn't have as much life experience), so I WILL GO BACK AND CHANGE SOME THINGS. As the star festival began and the lights of the sky fell upon the bright, joyous Mushroom Kingdom, Mario gleefully jumped his way to the castle. Toads were everywhere on the road to the Princess's castle, either catching the glowing bits of space or watching the bright heavens rain down on the kingdom paths. It was an unusually bright night, and the young hero was excited to see all that the Princess had done in the famed pink castle. As the bright abyss of space showed its secrets once more this hundredth year in the Princess's kingdom, all was in light and joy on the Earth. In the comet of the skies, lumas floated about the grounds of the Observatory, jumping and squealing and glowing around the domes. The Mother of the Lumas watched them in reserved excitement.They were always the light of her heart, even through the darkness of space. But there was something she looked toward that had brought unusual happiness to her life. She, finally, was going home.
