Minato Namikaze befriended the being but told no one about her. After Minato dies, Kasumi, the being, did not return to Konoha. She felt that something was wrong but she was trapped in the Hokage's heads until the time when she was needed again. She appears once again when Naruto, son of Minato, disturbs the Hokage's heads.
