When Pitch Black plots against Jack Frost, unexpected events take place, and the Nightmare King starts to show emotions he hasn't felt in a long time. Several attempts are made to rescue Jack, but eventually it's all for naught, as the chilly boy is slowly consumed by Pitch's influence.
