"Why wouldn't you just say 'I promise'?" His confusion only made me laugh more.

Shay Anderson lost his parents to a mysterious man with glowing green eyes. The memory haunted him as he grew up. The man could tell him all he wanted to know. Shay is drawn to follow the lead. He arrives in Honeydew but his original plan is crushed when he is hired by the veteran to hunt down a group that wanted to assassinate the Emperor. An assassin after an assassin according to the veteran. The new path causes a battle in Shay's heart. Can he really kill someone to protect another? Could he even kill the murderer he was originally after?
