I didn't know her well like the others had, but I know what she was capable of. "You don't know that," I say. I was persistent to show her that Henry was able to be like us. To be kind, to be saviors. The look of anger on her face hadn't changed, nor was it going to. She shook her head lightly. "Don't come crying to me when he hurts you Carla, Henry can never - and he will never be like us," "You know nothing about him," "Neither do you," she insist. She took a step forward and her silver eyes changed to pure black. It was almost frightening. "Why are you so against me trying to help him?" I ask. Curious to know. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. She then took a step back and with a few seconds she said. "There's still a whole world out there that you don't know Carla, this world that you're in now is only part of what you were born into, the other -" She paused for a moment and opened her eyes. "It's just dangerous Carla, Promise me you won't go near him," I took a few moments to answer. agitated that she didn't continue on with her sentence. "I'm sorry Kimberly," I breathed lightly. "I can't do that," I then turn my back towards her, i spread my wings and fly away.
