He leaned closer, his warm breath fanning my face. I stepped back until my back hit the wall. His crystal blue eyes had never looked more intense or memorizing before now. He brushed his hand down the side of my neck, sending shivers down my spine. His other hand wrapped around my waist and pressed my body up against his. "Come on Elianna, you know you want this." He whispered huskily. I stared at him willing myself to deny it. He was the worst thing for me...yet I couldn't deny it. One look into his intense blue gaze and I was gone.... *********** Elianna is your average high school girl who does her best to stay out of trouble and get along with everyone. That's at leat until she meets Tame. Tame is a badass who isn't afraid to speak his mind.

High school is nothing like what they portray in books and movies and I have had enough with the clichés! So I took it upon myself to give you a story that portrays the reality of high school. This story is about a girl who happens to be an outcast, but wants to gain some recognition and make her senior year unforgettable-I bet you're yawning with boredom-but I promise it's not your typical mainstream novel and if High School Musical taught us anything, it's that there's more to people than just a stereotypical shell.

[EXCERPT] I swerved around and managed to prevent a werewolf from attacking Lincoln's unprotected back in the nick of time. Adrenaline rushed through my veins as I deflected the multiple slashes from the werewolf; focusing on my own battle instead of worrying about Lincoln. Words could not describe my feelings when my cold blade kissed the attacker's thick skin at the nape of its neck, leaving behind a trail of crimson blood. A yelp tore from its throat as it backed away from me. The corners of my lips lifted upwards when Lincoln said a word of encouragement. Our backs met for a fleeting moment before we sprung back into action again. Pushing my limits to the brink of being Crazed, I relied on my increased stamina as a vampire for the sake of winning this difficult battle. The scent of blood, the sound of the delicious veins pumping the sweet, red juice to the werewolves' hearts, and the sight of their muscles tensing teased my ultimately magnified senses to tear their bodies apart. I became hungry. ~~~ Artemis Columbine, previously known as Fennel August, was killed on that one fateful night by a Crazed vampire. It wasn't a coincidence that he wanted to sink his teeth into her neck, she possessed the powers of an ultimate ruler of them all. High Blood. Although she is saved from Oblivion by a vampire who is respected by all kinds of creatures, her memories were still lost in that place of darkness and sorrow. Despite being rescued only for her savior's selfish reasons, will she choose to stay with him or search for her human parents? Or worse, recover her rightful throne and slaughter anyone that comes in her way? Highest #208 in Fantasy Cover made by @elphadora
