Every year the first four children born on the solstices and equinoxes are given tremendous powers of the seasons. But this year is a little different. Every one hundred years, the four born that year are destined to become the next Chairmen of the Seasons. Instead of being brought to the Academy at birth (like all the others), these children are given the opportunity to live a normal live in the human world with no knowledge of their powers until they turn 16. Today, is the winter solstice and the final season has turned 16. These four teenagers are compelled to room 421, where a woman greets them. She introduces herself as Mother Nature Superior. These four children are whisked away to the land known as Sidarra. These social opposites are put into their seasons at the academy and taught of the rivalry between them. They are destined to be great leaders, but will the division of the seasons keep them from working together? { Thanks so much to @cutieblueangel for the fantastic book cover! }

It's clear to see I'm a style icon; remember, you can't spell icon without "con." I love clothes, accessories, and makeup as much as the next lady, man, French bulldog in a sweater, or child whose parents dressed her in a couture Halloween costume, but telling people how they should look doesn't suit me (clothes pun!). I have no authority in that department-I barely even shop in department stores. Instead, this is a look at my own silly and nonsensical approach to style, and I promise only part of it is about sweatpants. This book is one part entertainment, one part irreverent fashion fun, and one part personal experience, including: -My closet staples and jewelry MVPs, and what's actually in my makeup bag -All about BLTs and BFFS . . . that is, Better-Looking T-Shirts and Best Feet Friends -The bad-hair-day character wheel -The Ten Commandments of online shopping -A handy flowchart to help you decide "Should I actually buy this?" -Red-carpet ridiculousness -Grace Expectations: What your denim says about you -And MORE! I'm not stylish-I'm self-aware. I'm not polished-I'm perceptive. I'm not trendy-but I love trying. Because when it comes down to it, "style" is just a simple way of saying "I showered." But with the Princess on the run, and the King of Pryvia threatening war, it will take more than idealism to keep the peace in Serrador. The King is dead... Long live the revolution!

Claw works as an assassin for Lord Amalric. When Damián, a rival of her master, begins to create havoc among the underprivileged, Claw is sent in for the kill. She just never expected the mission would involve escorting a suspicious man and an entire orphanage to the border. This is a Tale of Lyndor; a series of unconnected stories set in the same world. There are some unexplained things in this story but none of them are crucial to the plot so everything should still make sense. It's really all one part but 15000 words is a bit much to read in one sitting so I've split it up for you.
