Gu Hai is the son of a very powerful man, who demands he find a partner and marry straight out of high school. Gu Hai is completely against getting married at such a young age. Bai Luo Yin is the son of a poor man, forcing him to take part in several part time jobs to afford his study. Then one day Gu Hai comes up with a plan to solve both his and Bai Luo Yin's problems. Gu Hai and Bai Luo Yin agree to fake an engagement, giving Bai Luo Yin a large pay out and convincing Gu Hai's father to accept Gu Hai being single. But what happens when Gu Hai actually begins to fall in love with Bai Luo Yin?
