Suite à une violente bagarre avec certains étudiants dans son dernier établissement scolaire, Phantom Academy, Lucy Heartfilia, vandale et mauvaise, atterit à Fairy Vermillion pour sa deuxième année de lycée. Elle y retrouve sa meilleure amie Levy. Pendant ses interminables leçons, elle récolte déjà les punitions et les heures de colles. Bien qu'elle n'en soit d'aucune façon vraiment inquiétée. Mais les problèmes de la jeune Bad Girl commencent après l'heure du déjeuner, quand, par malheur elle bouscule le Bad Boy du lycée, Natsu Dragneel, connu aussi sous le nom de "Fire King", en se dirigeant vers le bureau du directeur. À ce moment là, la situation dégénère... Elle découvre des choses sur elle-même et sur son pire ennemi. Son pire ennemi, vraiment...?

But what WILL happen. if those two were to meet? And who will try to stop the growing relationship,.....but first; will Lucy even want to be near him?
