Frank Iero is perfectly content to keep his head down and get through his new high school without befriending anyone, keeping his life simple until he can convince his mom to let him start testosterone. His plan is shattered within the first day of school, when he meets Gerard Way, the snappy, beautiful student with eyeliner and an aesthetic blog on tumblr (don't tell anyone). From there on, Frank is faced with the ups and downs of Gerard's life, constantly second guessing his decision to be their friend, if out of kindness to his own heart at least, because if there's one thing harder than being Gee's friend, it's being in love with them. Or, the one in which everyone is queer. some upsetting stuff. no rape or self harm. contains suicidal ideation.

Dan Howell's entire family has been in Slytherin, and there's no doubt he'd supposed to end up there too. Phil Lester does't exactly know what to do when he finds himself liking boys, so he's usually just horrendously mean to them. Oh, and they happen to get cursed and can't touch! Pastel!Dan and Punk!Phil! Phil, a punk, was wildly know for being the type to have sex with a girl and dump her. He didn't care much about his poor image until Dan, an openly gay pastel boy, steals his attention. When they decide to see if they will work, Phil becomes happier than he ever has. However, there seems to be something - or someone - keeping them apart... (Warnings: swearing, smut, violence, that should be it, lots of fluff)

"'I miss you.' 'What do you mean? I'm right here.' He shook his head. 'No, I mean I miss seeing you. I miss your smile. Seeing you smile made me so happy. I'm still so upset that I'll never see it again.' I breathed in, a bit shaky. 'You've just got to remember that if I'm with you, I'm always smiling, okay?' 'I still miss seeing you. If I could have just one opportunity to be able to see again, even just for a moment, I would spend my time just watching you smile. That's all I would want....'" After a horrible accident, Phil loses his sight and goes completely blind. Dan's help has been amazing to get him through it, but Dan can't help falling in love with his best friend - now in daily need of his care and attention. This story is about love and trust, and how two friends - much more than friends - overcome the odds of a disability, and how they realize that no matter how difficult it gets, they will always have each other. (Warnings: none! :D Fluffy, a little dash of angst, looong)
