Stiles was an abused teenager . He always keep that secret. He kept his self harming secret, but they soon found. Now they know his secret .he was taken away from his abusive father and now being called " mom" Will more problems come ?

In cases like these it's very like, but not likely enough that it comes true. One morning the pack was gathering, including Stiles by the way. And Stiles rocks up to Derek's house holding a baby. What!?!?! My exact response. But the real question is this: Who is the father/mother of the baby?

So this is another Sterek Mpreg but I love it. Derek and Stiles are dating secretly and Stiles gets pregnant. Together, with the help of Deaton and the rest of the pack they work together to find a way to save Stiles. And the baby. (I like to explain things so hopefully it will clear a few things up.)
