But I'm telling you right now, what I wrote isn't about dancing and Abby and the show. It's a fanfic because the girls are my main characters. The Dance Moms girls are older now, more experienced, and still looking amazing. Everything is going great, until one day, something awful happens.

"Promise me you won't let go." Maddie's eyes filled with tears as Kenzie slowly lifted her pinkie finger. "Forever?" She smiled hoarsely, reciting the two's sisterly promise. "And always." Maddie whispered back as their pinkies locked. ••• Not all promises were meant to be kept.

7 months. 7 months since Brooke died. The girls were all split up. Paige and Chloe at different dance schools in NYC, Kendall in NYC, Kenzie and Maddie at the ALDC, and Nia working a professial job in LA. But, what the girls don't know is that Paige's new roommate is someone they know really well. Someone they happen to be greiving. Every one of the girls just wants a fresh start, but is that possible?

Brooke has fallen apart since Dance Moms ended. Fat, ugly, slut, have become every day words. Brook can't take it anymore. She kills herself. But a few weeks later, Paige finds her diary, the diary that holds the secrets to Brooke's death.
