Elsa, wanting to prove to Crystal she's the best. Both of them are mean to Crystal, however, one more empathetic than the other. Clarisse, Step mother to Crystal. She's strict with Aqua and Elsa as well. Wanting them to be perfect and one of them to marry the Prince, she prefers Elsa. And treats Crystal like a "Maid and Slave."

Kidnapped, a few days later after her birth, by the Dragon Master, Drago Bloodfist, and taken to a tower in the depths of the forest of Blisselia, unable to reach out to anyone, used for her magic as Drago's source of power.
