The two thousand descendants of King Solomon’s ancient harem have the ultimate power of seduction: Their very touch is as addictive as any drug. But that power comes at a price: Wives die giving birth. They can only bear daughters. They are only fertile until the age of twenty-four. Hunted for hundreds of generations by men who crave their touch and fear its power, the Wives have kept safe by following three simple rules: A Wife shall have no meaningful relationships outside the clan. A Wife’s addictive touch may be used only for procreation or to protect the clan. A Wife shall sacrifice herself for her daughter at the age of twenty-four. But tonight, the rules have been broken, and someone must pay. In the blistering first episode of King Solomon’s Wives, we meet Sumarra on the night she plans to conceive. Instead, she and the other wives find themselves under attack from a group of male hunters, intent on destroying them. Sumarra has always broken small rules and indulged rebellious tendencies. Now that the Wives have been found, her defiance will either be their salvation or her own undoing.

Book One in The Dolphin Prophecy. Clicks is about instincts - feels. Those moments the universe stops to tell you what's going to happen next. Sixteen year old Cami has been looking forward to this summer forever. She's finally old enough to compete in the elite category for the annual Surf Carnival that takes place on Pinhold, her little tiny island that is home to an extraordinary number of twins and the most perfectly surfable waves in the Pacific. But just as the competitions heat up, the best swimmers go down and suddenly, Cami and her friends are at risk. The Guard, the mysterious organization that runs everything from the town council to the beach patrol to the religious ceremonies, doesn't have any answers. Cami's twin brother Mica is convinced there's a conspiracy at work, but she's too caught up in a new relationship with Mica's best friend to look beneath the surface. And then suddenly, the telepathic link she shares with Mica goes silent. And Cami realizes that if she doesn't take it upon herself to find out what's making her friends sick, she might lose them forever, and go down herself. This is a published novel available on Amazon, bn.com and iBooks. xoox Amy

The plan comes to her from a strange suburban dad after a few days of aimlessly driving down the highway in the form of a paper town. Hudson Ellis is good at his job. Somehow, he manages not to annoy people when he knocks at their doors and asks them to contribute to the charity he works for - instead, he gets them to sign up for sponsoring programmes and fish whatever spare change they have out of their pockets. Even the infamously tough residents of New York City are falling victim to Hudson's easy-going ways and wide smile; that is, until one woman renders him speechless with sarcastic refusals and slams her door in his face. Perhaps Hudson would be able to forget her - if it wasn't for the fact that she lives on the same floor of the next apartment over, and they both have floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for a rather generous view into each other's flats.
