Bridget "Birdie" Sullivan crossed an ocean to study photography. She never planned on staying in England, and she certainly never planned on spending her days chasing professional footballers with a camera around her neck. Working for AFC Richmond wasn't always a dream. Under the club's previous ownership, her creativity was stifled, her voice was ignored, and she learned that keeping her head down was often the safest choice. Then everything changes. A new owner. An American football coach who knows absolutely nothing about football-but somehow knows exactly how to see people. A club slowly learning how to believe in itself again. As Richmond begins to find its heart, Birdie finds her own voice behind the lens, capturing the moments no one else notices: the victories that never make the scoreboard, the friendships formed in the locker room, and the quiet pieces of people they don't realize they're giving away. And somewhere between match days, media days, and one very stubborn striker with a smile as famous as his ego, Jamie Tartt starts looking past the camera... ...and finally sees the girl holding it. Sometimes the best view isn't from the pitch. Sometimes it's from behind the lens.

Holly Archer's job is simple: keep the players in check, manage the media, and make sure AFC Richmond looks good doing it. Unfortunately, that means dealing with Jamie Tartt - the club's most brilliant headache. Cocky, magnetic, and impossible to ignore, Jamie has never met a line he didn't want to step over. From the moment they face off at the Dog Track, it's sparks and sharp edges: his swagger against her cool precision. Holly thinks he's overrated and insufferably charming. He thinks she's too clever for her own good. They're supposed to be on the same team. They'd rather be at each other's throats. But chemistry doesn't play by the rules. And when the world is watching, some hearts get caught offside before they even realise they've crossed the line.

As the new medical assistant to the team and her father as the new manager, they would navigate the ups and downs of football - the world's "soccer," which would take some time getting used to saying. Then Lottie met Roy Kent, foul-mouthed, growly, and always glaring. The exact opposite of her disposition, and oh so intriguing... and also a grade-A "trash bag." And somehow, she found herself falling head over heels for the brooding footballer. season 1 & 2 - ✔️ season 3 - ongoing!! season 4 - tbd { currently 290k+ words } ⚽️ 🔆 *grumpy x sunshine 💥🍯* *third person POV*

"Pinky promise me that you won't be a dick to people who don't deserve it." "That's a bit juvenile, don't you think?" Jamie tried to deflect, but she pinned him to his spot with a glare, her outstretched hand unwavering. "Tartt," "Fine." He wrapped his pinky around hers, and she pretended as if she felt nothing under his touch. "Promise." 「☺ ☺ ☺ 」 season 1 - 3
