So I messed up the tale of the big three then re-wrote PJO some what so that Percy is a girl(fem!percy=Seph). I didn't actually take the time to re write the whole ten books, in fact I wrote the majority of this before the Blood of Olympus even came out(still haven't read it)on a different account. So, Sally died in a fire while Seph was a baby, prayed to Hestia to save Seph and Hestia obliged.
