Elsa is an angel and she keeps causing trouble in heaven. The Angel Council decides not to tolerate her behavior anymore and they banish her into hell where she has to serve the handsome, demanding and arrogant Demon Prince, Jack Blaze (Jack Frost).

Elsa and Jack meet at a mountain and soon become friends...But what happens when trouble starts stirring up and makes Elsa forget about Jack? But when the guardians soon need Elsa and her friends, there would be a 'chill' in the air between them. And when the big baddie gives Elsa amnesia and turns her evil, then...
