Nico di Angelo gets adopted by Bruce Wayne after Batman witnesses him stalking around a cemetery in Gotham in the middle of the night. He doesn't want to move in with Bruce, but seeing as he can't supply any proof of his parents or even his own birth records, he doesn't have a good reason to say no. It's Bruce Wayne or the foster system so Nico decides to take his chances with the billionaire. What he didn't anticipate is that he isn't Bruce's only child, or that the man is more than meets the eye. Nico gets dragged into the Batfam and has to learn their secret while trying to hide the mythological world from the greatest family of detectives in the world. No Nico ships. Nemesis was furious. She knew for a long time that her offspring, the Telkhines, were being mistreated by the gods. They were considered to be monsters, after all. But this was the last straw. Poseidon had begun to enslave her children and make them work in his forges, under the supervision of cyclops, who Nemesis knew were much more brainless than her children. An eye for an eye, she decided, teleporting herself into a small, two bedroom apartment. She could feel the sea that ran in the unborn child's blood as she stood above the sleeping woman. Camp half-blood is in chaos. Camp Jupiter just can't think straight anymore. Why? Because the only demigod son of Hades, Nico Di Angelo, is missing. No one knows where he went, why or how but they are determined to find him. The only person who seems to have an idea of his whereabouts is Hades but he has locked up the underworld and refuses to tell our heroes anything. Nico's sister Hazel is frantic and his boyfriend Will is worried out of his mind. But Hades can't throw the rest of the gang into this mess. No, it would be better if his son Nico does this on his own.
