That is until the new girl Yang Xiao Long shows up and takes an interest in Blake. Blake having trust issues against humans and has lost all hope is skeptical of Yang's intention. But, it later turns out that the two are closer than they think and will uncover dark and surprising secrets about themselves and their past. Who or what is Yang? Who exactly is Blake? Following the events of "White Rose Tea" and "Bright Lights and Bumblebee", Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang are finally united. But as the younger pair try to endure the prejudice that comes with their sexuality, and the general awkwardness of being in a relationship for the first time, and the elder trying to mend a slightly broken and battered relationship, and the deal with racial discrimination against the Faunus, things were never exactly going to go quite as smoothly as anyone wanted it to.
