A dark prophecy haunts two young cats of ShadowClan. Willowpaw and Cloverpaw are the daughters of the former rouge Dawn who is the most feared cat in the forest and the ShadowClan warrior Nightstorm who is loyal and brave. When secrets and answers start to unfold the whole forest turns to chaos and one secret of them all could threaten the future of ShadowClan.

"The darkness was never meant to be, and two cats, high and proud will lead and destroy." On the day of his apprentice ceremony, Icepaw had a dream that forever shattered the peace of the forest. Darkness surrounds Icepaw and his Clan as a mysterious new prophecy hints that trouble will soon come. He is determined to protect his Clan at all costs from the danger, but what he didn't know is that the danger lurked closer before than it ever has, and Icepaw has to put in all of his strength to protect the Clan he has come to love very much. But with the darkness rising, he is also facing troubles as well. He didn't know who he could trust anymore, who he could love, or what he should do.
