This is just a story of a young girl, who has a passion for an amazing sport. But when things aren't going very well for her at her gym, she has to learn to adjust to a new gym, coach, and atmosphere.

Emily, a seasoned gymnast, lives in a small town in Norther Tennessee. It has been several years since her mom's death, and she is still trying to cope with it. One day, her life is turned upside down when she discovers that is not eligible to compete for team USA because she was born in Russia, not the USA. Emily eventually decides that she wants to compete at the Olympics, even though she won't be competing for team USA. Throughout this book is Emily's rollercoaster of a story on how she must come over the challenges in her life to have a chance to achieve glory.

Zoey is a gymnast, and the Jr. Olympics are right around the corner. Just when she thinks things are going to get better for her, something else happens. Now, she has to handle her developing feelings for her best friend, a broken ankle, struggling in school, and dealing with a bully. All these things are threatening to destroy all that she's worked hard...and this is only the beginning.

Ana is just an ordinary 13-year-old girl. She trains for 7 hours a day and is homeschooled, but other than that she's totally ordinary. Ana is a gymnast, and she loves the sport. She is only a level 8, but right now, she is satisfied with that level. However, what will happen when something out of her control stands in the way of her passion?

16 year old Jillian Davis only knows one thing: Gymnastics. Her Coach sets her up with a sweet competition in California, and that's when it all changes. But Jillian has never actually 'lived'. Her best friend Gwen starts her off with being more social, but how much is that really helping her? Will she lose her huge opportunity, or will she go for the gold?

This is a series of simple steps to becoming more flexible. If you perform these exercises often, you will see a difference in your flexibility. I myself wanted to be more flexible, and couldn't find many stretches that gave me a fast outcome. These are some that I find help a lot.
