Andrew Mccall is in love with his wife Vanessa, has been since he was fourteen years old. But it seems as though their connection has faded. They barely talk anymore and to make matters worse he hasn't felt the inside of his woman's warmth in months .Vanessa is obviously going through something and instead of opening up to her husband she has become consistent when it comes to pushing him away. Anrew isn't sure how much more of this he can take, The woman he vowed to spend the rest of his life with seems so far away. Still Drew has remained strong when it comes to staying faithful and not stepping out on his wife ... that is until he crosses paths with Tiffany Edwards. Even after going through a painful breakup Tiffany knows she can't afford to let that keep her down. Especially when working as an event planner in the city that never sleeps. She'd much rather stay at home snuggled up in her bed with a carton of Haagen-Dazs ice cream and sulk in her own misery but that just isn't going to happen not with Remy Monroe being her best friend. Remy is determined to not let Tiffany break down just because Vincent Wales screwed everything up. Much like his younger brother Raymond Mccall loves his wife.... or so he says. Ray fell in love with Lauren the day he first spotted her his sophomore year in college but after Lauren is wheelchair ridden after a terrible car accident Ray has been finding it harder and harder to find her attractive. And unlike Drew, Raymond doesn't share his younger brother's restraint. Ray has discovered the cities nightlife and has been unfaithful ever since. Some lines should never be crossed but isn't it tempting to cross them all?

***The wrong girl is sometimes The Right One.*** Charlotte Samuels thought she'd be stuck waiting tables at Marlow's until all her debts are paid off-in about ten thousand years or so. She definitely didn't expect a marriage proposal from the arrogant Brandon Maxfield who was blackmailed by his father to make her his wife if he didn't want his least favorite cousin to run Maxfield Industries. Charlotte's instinct was to say HELL NO! but she's stumped by a few obstacles: 1.) His old man Martin Maxfield is dear to her heart and has been recently deteriorating in health. 2.) She gets a million dollars if she stays married to Brandon for a year. 3.) She would rather like the opportunity to teach the attractive but awfully rude man a few lessons he didn't think he needed from a 'teenage gold-digger' which was his term of endearment for her on their first date-er, business meeting. So what's a girl got to do, right? Sure, she's young and a little rough around the edges but there's something her would-be husband didn't know about her yet-she's nothing like he ever expected. Thrust into the glitzy world a standard-issue Mrs. Maxfield would fit perfectly and rule with impeccable social grace, Charlotte will either have to force herself into the mold or break free of it, risking what little she has left for everything that she can gain. *** Copyright © 2014 by Nina Tippett.
