"Who the hell are you?" A boy demanded. He had tousled, chestnut hair. His green eyes were wide with confusion and red from irritation. The boy was also shirtless, paired with red and blue striped boxers. He was, after all, attractive. His abs shown a deep indent in his chest and I forced my eyes not to linger. "Who are you?" I sputtered. He squinted. "I'd like to think you have the common decency to answer me first. You just sprayed me with mace." I frowned, not enjoying his attitude, and crossed my arms over my chest. "Lindsey. Lavender's best friend." I explained as if he should've known. "Oh I'm sorry that wasn't included in the handbook." He spit. I smirked. "Well I'm sleeping here." "So am I." A Wave to Ride is a coming-of-age Novel about my struggle into adulthood. Growing up in a modern society where I found solace and a place of retreat online on Instagram. Where my love of dressing up as celebrities grew me an audience of a million. I thought I was on top of the world at the age of 17, only to find my life and home to come crashing down, like the relentless waves. Soon I would find myself in the clutches of a horrible depressive state in the backseat of my car, exposed to the elements of abuse and desperation. A toxic cocktail of dark thoughts seemed to be creeping up on me, drowning out my cries to the world. C. All Rights Reserved, 26 Publishing, LLC.

I'm fine I'm fine I'll be fine. | A story told through verse. WARNING: Because of the themes I introduce in this book (eating disorders, strong language, and self harm), Wattpad has rated this story mature. HOWEVER, I personally recommend this to be PG-13, so don't be afraid to check out "I'm Fine" if you're okay with reading the above subjects. In short, this book isn't for everyone. Just read the tags. But if you're interested, please continue forth and enjoy this emotional ride.
