#I, depression. #I, anxiety is a project that I'm starting through the believer community. There are many help groups in Wattpad, with admins that set up books to help those with problems, but this will just be about depression and anxiety. Not every day problems, unless it relates to the conditions. I suffer from anxiety, and have suffered from it for nearly all of my life. I know it well enough to know that I will never be cured of it, and there's nothing I can do but to accept that I am anxiety. I am one with it. I'm reaching out to help those that feel they may suffer from depression or anxiety, and to offer my advice and to listen. Inside this book you will read my fears, my day-to-day struggles and if you relate, you can PM me with any questions. I don't want people to be ashamed of it, or to be afraid of it, I want you to own it. To know you are it. You are the controller, you are one with it, and it will never control you the way you think it does. I also want to raise awareness! Many people view us as "awkward" but they don't know the truth.
