Sometimes, the most painful thing is when the person who you share all of your best memories with becomes a slowly fading memory, and you can't do anything except watch and scream as the past disappears, almost like it never existed in the first place. He hates it at first, but quickly makes friends with two other patients, PJ and Chris. Another boy, Dan, joins the group, but he’s really quiet and reluctant to share anything as to why he’s there. Phil gets him to open up eventually, but the things he finds out about Dan are not as simple as Phil thought they’d be. (P.S. Yes, I know a lot of things that happen in the hospital would never ever happen in a real hospital but it’s fiction for a reason!)
