When Monty Oum passed, we were told to honour him by "simply doing something creative. Use your imagination to make the world a better place in any way that you can. If you know Monty like we do, then you know he would certainly be doing that if he were able to." I'm not an artist, or an animator, or a musician. I'm not spectacularly talented in any field. But I want to do something. So I write poetry. It's not great, but I want to be creative and put it out there while I still can. I like to think of it as my small tribute. Monty was a massive inspiration, and I will never stop loving and missing him. But to quote the man himself, we have to: "Keep moving forward."
