Moving into NYC is pretty rough for 15-year-old Samantha Miller. Moving with unknown new foster parents, new in a new school, and new secrets. The most new and unexpected thing about NYC is that she met 4 talking turtles. Deciding she doesn't want to be around her new family, she moves with the turtles because she's more comfortable around them. Although, her life does get a little weird. Mutated weird.
