This story takes place in Corona Kingdom. Rapunzel just turned 17 and willed to see the floating lights, but mother Gothel won't let her see them because, she says, the world is a dangerous and selfish place. But Rapunzel dreams with having a friend too, not only Pascal; a human one. When a stranger climbs into her tower they start a friendship hidden from Mother Gothel. What Rapunzel is ignorant to is that his newly friend knows her mother as well, but not Gothel whom Rapunzel thinks is her real mother. In order to protect her, he may cause both of them (Rapunzel and her mother) pain. And that double pain will affect him as well when another strange climbs Rapunzel's tower.
