A year after disappearing for a second time, Kogami mysteriously reappears once again, and has been directed by Sibyl to work with Division 1 as an Enforcer to help them solve a difficult case. But his reappearance also brings old feelings up to the surface that both him and Akane must face in order for their teamwork to continue. Kogami Shinya has now joined an elite military group but despite all the bloodshed, he finds his heart is still back at the MWPSB. Inspector Akane Tsunemori finds herself constantly reminiscing about her ex partner, Shinya. She finally copes with the pain of losing her old friend and begins to slowly let go of each and every memory of him until... (Note: This story is meant to take place after the events of the Psyco-Pass movie.) Enjoy!

A gruesome death and a series of alarming misfortunes have plagued the Kurouma Theatre company and their most recent stage production. MWPSB Division 1 is called in to investigate. Was it murder? More importantly, how do you apprehend a suspect who has been dead for over 300 years? The story is based on the Alfred Noyes poem "The Highwayman", which inspired a song of the same name by Loreena McKennett. All of the artwork was drawn by the fabulous SilentHill007.
