Arthur and Merlin are connected by a Magic stronger than any other but while Merlin tries his best to keep his Soulmate alive, Arthur ignores his soulmark to prevent finding his Soulmate and fulfill his dutys as a king. One day a Lord and his wife who claim to be old friends of Uther arrive at Camelot, Merlin however has his suspicions. Everyone in Camelot knows Merlin is basically the Queen. The guards bow to him, the servants adore him, and the council refuses to start meetings without him. Everyone's in on it-except Merlin. Arthur's just now noticing. And it's starting to drive him mad.

Pls do read this! It starts out bad but I get better at writing as time passes! This is a merthur one shot book it is going to be almost all fluff maybe one or two angst. I will not write smut. Unfortunately I don't own Merlin or any of the other characters. They belong to the bbc Merlin. I made this cuz some fanfics that I wanna see don't get written so here they are. Also I know this is rated mature, but that is not because of the naughty!!! That is because I am sometimes to eager and able to write gore. So be prepared my beautiful children!

In a world where your soulmate's name is revealed on your wrist, Arthur is too dumb to realize Merlin is the " Emrys " on his arm. Thus, Arthur hires a new, pretty, female manservant as to court her. Therefore, he begins distancing himself from Merlin (unintentionally of course). Not only is it hurting Merlin, it is risking Arthur's life. Especially when branches stop falling on bandits heads and Arthur is the bandits' target. NOTE: dang this is #11 in merlinxarthur rn as of may 19, 2018 so thank u guys!!

Merlin is a young Warlock, who has already experienced almost every adventure there is. Of course not alone. His friend King Arthur Pendragon, whose Friendship had taken a while to admit, always was by his side. The only thing is Merlin is a Warlock in Camelot, the city known as the one to have destroyed Magic. It is forbidden, so Merlin can't tell anyone but Gaius, his Best older Friend. Even not Arthur, because he is the Kings son, who had set the rule of forbidding Magic. A more dramatic way that goes is when Arthur's destiny is fulfilled, by dying in war. After Merlin had experienced the one and only best friend dying infront of his eyes, he falls into deep depression. He only knows, that he misses Arthur so much and can't wait when the Once and Future King will return. Until then Merlin needs to struggle with his emotions.

Merlin wakes up during a hunting trip to find a few changes to his appearance... and maybe his attitude. Arthur likes these changes... Kitty Merlin! Merthur!

"This one seems nice." I said turning to Merlin. He nodded in agreement. His cheeks seemed a light shade of pink. Was he blushing? That's when I realized our hands were still intertwined. I quickly pulled my hand to my head pretending to fix my hair. I looked away feeling my cheeks grow warm and dearly hopping I wasn't blushing.
