Only one thing stops the protagonist of this story from leading a perfect life: his worry that it will end. Afterlife is not an option for him, because a priest's exaggerated affection provokes him to curse God. He bcomes a man of science instead and wrings immortality out of the Lord's hands. But just when he thought he had it all, a stroke of fate kicks off an avalanche that burries his once so irresistible life, his family and his sanity, maybe. Follow him as he chews on a dilemma and experiences a change of perspective that makes it so much easier to breath. (TW: mention of child abuse/rape in Chapter 1[Suppressed] . You can easily skip that chapter though.)
