99.99% credit to Robert kirkman and jay bonansinga I'm bleeping out the cuss words In the walking dead universe, there is no greater villain than the Governor. The despot who runs the walled-off town of Woodbury, he has his own sick sense of justice: whether it's forcing prisoners to battle zombies in an arena for the townspeople's amusement, or chopping off the appendages of those who cross him. Fans of the walking dead will discover how he became the man he is, and what drove him to such extremes.

After a desperate and ultimately catastrophic attempt to take a soviet controlled factory, a handful of German survivors are on the run from the pursuing Russians. They soon find themselves in the sewer system below Stalingrad, where something far more brutal and terrifying than the Russians is hunting them too. What are these horrific creatures? Does the mysterious Nazi officer that has attached himself to the group know more than he is letting on? Can a young Lieutenant retain control of them all? And will any of them escape from this claustrophobic tomb? Wattpad User comments... "Where's the rest? I MUST read the rest! So tense, evocative and terrifying at the same time." "Gripping. Looking forward to reading more. Your action sequences are spot on as others have commented. You've given each character a real individual identity. Can't wait to read more." "This story is so tense. I was reading this with a beating heart! The battle scenes were so vivid, and the characters were imaginable with their well described features." "LOVED THIS! Did it ever get made...?" "I am LOVING this and the way it is heading." "Excellent. The story powers on at a great pace. Nice, rising tension and conflict. Well crafted indeed." "The sense of helplessness amongst the men is palpable and you've done really well ramping-up the tension between them with every set piece. Can't wait to read the pay off." "Lots of tensions between them, there'll be a few more Tarantino standoffs before it ends."

"London bridge is falling down..." The world is foolish. Ideas of 'The Coming Apocalypse,' never struck anybody as being serious. This would be our downfall. On the 26th of April, 2017, a scientist was found dead in his laboratory, after he had been left behind after hours to do some work. His colleagues refused to tell the public what they were working on. If that wasn't suspicious enough, the same, supposedly dead scientist was seen walking around London the following week. Those who saw him could only describe his appearance as 'corpse-like,' and that he didn't walk, he 'shambled.' This was a sign. This was the beginning of the end.

[Highest ranking: #238] Can you really trust the people around you? Can you believe the events that happen in your surroundings? Can you really trust your own eyes? Devyn wakes up in alien surroundings with no recollection of the arrival, or the previous two weeks. Within the time of unconsciousness, the world has changed for the worst. When things don't quite add up in this new world, it begs Devyn to rethink the answers to these questions. My own twist on the classic zombie genre. There's hints of what the twist is right from the beginning - enjoy!
