Scared by a traumatic past Sahara’s damaged life becomes blissful when she finally discovers her mate. Overjoyed with finding her savour Sahara cannot help but let her guard down. But what happens when her mate is repulsed with what she is, of how weak she is compared to his powerful presence. Undeserving of him, her life returns back to what it was of the past. Imprisoned. **** Extract ***** My moist eyes stay downcast, like when facing royalty. I must show respect, only the deserving are allowed to look into his cold black eyes. Although I follow his rules his grip tightens cutting off what little circulation I had. I must not show my agony either. It will only make this all the more harrowing. I slam against his chest as he closes the space between us, his threatening body towering over my fragile frame. I know what's next, it's unpreventable, unavoidable. His manly nose runs along my jaw and into the crook of my neck. I'm unable hold back the tears that stream down my raw face. Hopefully they dry before he sees them. Opened mouth kisses coat my neck, causing my stomach to tighten in dread. This is only the beginning, the starter of the meal. Like he's voiced before, 'he likes to savour the taste'. Riley & Ashley's story (#243 in ChickLit) When people say the word Bad Boy I always have a tidal wave of emotions that wash over me. First there's loathing. I loath how visual their false traps are. The traps that ensnare innocents but the girl never knows any better, doesn't realise she's being hunted. Next comes hate. I hate the outcome. The girl is no longer innocent but broken, a former shell of what she once was. Lastly it's fear. The fear of being that girl. Fear of being blind sided into one of those death clasping traps and coming out on the other side as someone else. Fear of being someone I don't recognise. Welcome to Undiscovered Gems Competition (UGC)! I love to help writers get a second hand view of their work. I feel that there is so much published work on Wattpad that deserves to be acknowledged but people a) Don't have the time b) Don't read new books with low reads or c) Can't find them. I've read so many undiscovered books here and I usually comment on how to improve and what is done well. I know that new stories may not be continued or people may not have confidence in themselves and sometimes I feel my comments go unnoticed. Therefore, I would have made a competition where undiscovered writers get a chance to be acknowledged through 'The Undiscovered Gems Competition' and get some feedback that they, themselves, are looking for. I managed to get to #1 on Wattpad for Fantasy as well as Adventure in a month and a half. After four months, I had 1 Million reads and a year later I had 5 million. I worked really hard and have been very lucky, but I'm sure that following these simple rules helped a lot!
