12-year-old Branwen is born with Asperger's Syndrome and struggles to make friends. 11-year-old Benji is confined to a wheelchair after a horrible car accident, leaving him in the care of his aunt. They have only each other when these two kids land in the same 6th grade class and are faced by relentless bullies and oblivious teachers.
