Rosamoona Hokusai is as normal as a Half-Human, Half-Saiyan child could be. She and her parents (Goku and Chi-Chi), her brothers (Gohan, and Goten), her sister-in-law (Videl) and her niece (Pan) travel the world, looking for Baby. They follow Baby as he changed bodies, waiting until he is strong enough to take over a Sayian body. As soon as they get close, he always manages to slip away. Baby has now led them to a small town in Pennsylvania called Waynesboro. Rosamoona doesn't plan on getting attached to anyone, for Baby never stays in a small town for more than six months at the most.
